Most install and login problems are covered on our homepage and Download. It's worth a quick look first.
Please Don't Send Us
Never send us your Instagram password, login codes or ID documents. We'll never ask for them. If someone claiming to be us does, it isn't us.
What We Can't Do
We don't make Insta Pro and can't change how it works. We also can't unlock or restore Instagram accounts. For account problems, use Instagram's own help options in the official app.
